I think you can. However not many test centres are available in the same city..Besides you can give multiple attempts of it.

No you are able to change your center. You can't change anything after form submission. All the best for your exam.

No, you can not change your centre now. You should choose your centre carefully. 

You can now focus on your preparation to score good marks in your exam.
