Yes, you can do correction in jee mains form by mobile.

Please turn on desktop site setting of mobile in Google for same look as of computers .

Steps are as follows

Step 1- Open JEE Main 2021 official website jeemain.nta.nic.in and log in using your registration number and password.

Step 2- After login, “JEE Main Correction in Application Form 2021 link” and proceed to make corrections.

Step 3- Read the instruction and click on Proceed for JEE Main correction window.

Step 4- Students will see the detailed JEE Main application form. Make the necessary corrections if required. After making all the corrections, click on the “Submit” link to submit the JEE Main form corrections.

Step 5- Take a printout of the application form after making corrections and keep it safe till the completion of the admission process or take screenshots.
