Generally it is not possible to pursue 2 different courses at the same time period but yes, you can do D.el.ed and graduation together but with one condition.

The condition is you will have to do one course from regular basis and another course on distance mode basis. But you can use only one course at one time you can not use both degrees at same time for example if you are using D.el.ed degree then you can not show graduation degree, similarly if you are showing Graduation degree you can not show D.el.ed degree.

The main reason is behind this nobody can pursue 2 different courses at the same time and according to Government rules it is cheating to do 2 different courses at the same session. You will be asked how can you present at two different places at the same time and it will counted as a crime and you will not get selected to that job if you would have fulfill all their conditions.
