Through ICET rank you can get into these two best institutes to pursue MBA in HR; Maharaj Vijayaram Gajapathi Raj College of Engineering and Vizianagaram Vignana Jyothi Institute of Management, Hyderabad. Apart from this if you're looking for a distance learning education then for that you've to contact university individually. As per the record, there is no mention of distance learning through ICET rank.

If you are sure about distance learning then you should try giving OPENMAT, it's an entrance exam conducted by IGNOU to accept students into their distance learning MBA degree. There are other institutes as well which is UGC distance approved just like IGNOU such as Sikkim Manipal distance learning, Symbiosis Distance learning and NMIMS distance courses. These are some of the top institutes offering distance learning education to students.
