Hello there,
I am extremely sorry to inform you that there is no provision for lateral entry into MBBS, BDS and BAMS, etc.
If you apply for neet, then you will be still treat as 10+2 passed and you will be competing with 10+2 passed students for a seat in medical colleges for your mbbs etc as there's no provision of lateral entry or something like that.
