Yes of course, you can do long term for EAMCET. Some serious aspirants take long term to achieve their target score in EAMCET.

But think can you perform better in next attempt and would it be worth waiting an year. Because if you don't have confidence on you then you can't get good score and it would be a waste of time.

If you are serious enough and focused only then go for long term. There are coaching institutes and online coaching is also available. Utilise the time properly and try to get maximum marks in the exam.
