Dear Suresh, I doubt that is not possible because according to the ESIC bond, you will be serving in the ESIC hospitals. But when you are pursuing your MD, you also will have to work in the College affliated hospital making it 2 hospital jobs for you. This might be a conflict of interest. So you cannot pursue MD while working to complete your ESIC bond.
