Hi

wWe undertand your concerns. But once the list of choice filling is submitted and the last date of list submission is over, a acandidate cannot change or edit any option according to his choice anymore. So, you would no more be able to edit the list based upon your preferences once the counseling takes place, And after the 2nd round of counseling has taken place, no more chances.
