Considering the fact that you filled an erroneous form previously,  you can fill an another form again.  But the fee which you've already paid for the previous form will not be refunded and will be forefeited. A fresh application have to be filled from the beginning.  Obviously,  if the date for filling the form has lapsed then you can not fill.
