You can do both programs at the same time but not regular course from the same University. If you are enrolled for BTech course in one University, you can take an additional degree / distant education. You must be capable of dealing with both the courses . It's difficult to manage b tech and law studies.

Yes you can do two degrees at same time but you can not do two regular degrees from the same university in the same year. Student can enrolled on a graduation degree with an additional degree from any open or distance educational institute.
