Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) is a five-year undergraduate course in which a candidate is taught medical diagnostics, and the treatment of diseases of all animals.

There are several exams for this course such as NEET-UG, AAU VET, RPVT.

In prominent institutes of Jammu and Kashmir such as Faculty of Veterinary Sciences and Animal Husbandry Jammu and Kashmir, selection is done through NEET examination.
