No college transfer facility is not available in AKTU.you can change your branch in the same college by knowing the availability of seats prior with teacher and the condition for branch changing is :

1.attendance  greater than 80 percent

2.GPA greater than 8

You should highly contact with your faculty if you seriuosly want to change branch .There is no provision of college trasfer in AKTU.
