Yes you can get easily in other colleges other than iits.
But apart from the iits , there are many good colleges that  accept the score. The list of colleges are Indian institute of  science education and research , Bhopal.
Indian institute of science , Bangalore, Indian institute of  space science and technology, Rajiv Gandhi institute of technology, arni University,  north cap University. You can get easily other good colleges other than iits . There is a scope to get good job in college s other than iits. Good luck.

There are eight institutes across India which grant admissions to students as per the JEE Advanced rankings. These are:

• Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru
• Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology (RGIPT), Rae Bareli
• Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISERs) at Kolkata, Pune, Mohali, Bhopal and Thiruvananthapuram
• Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IISST), Thiruvananthapuram.

IISER has colleges in five different states so that constitutes 8 institutes. These are one of the best colleges across India . You can go for any of them without much thought.
