No, you cannot write IISER Aptitude test (IAT) in 11th class as the basic eligibility criteria says only the students who have qualified 12th class or 12th class students whose result are awaited can write the exam. For more information, visit here:

You cannot entrance test of IISER but you can surely give kvpy in 11th and 12th through which you can get into IISER and IISC Bangalore 👍🏻
