Hello Mugi,
Yes there are the chances of having it to be possible.You should know that, Registration Number is the number given to you by the CBSE when you become a student of a CBSE School. It actually is the number which states that you are a CBSE Board student.
Whereas, Roll Number is the number given by the CBSE for you only for the CBSE Board Exam purpose and it will be based on the number of students in your school.There you should concact there from their official website.
