as per my knowledge yes you can go for second round but if in first than possible try for it becoz there you have max. chance of getting your desired branch seat and counselling round criteria is based on college regulations as well.

Yes, you can directly go to the second round counseling without attending the first round. Every round has its separate registration. After registering you can attend the second round counseling.
