thankyou for approaching us. that is exactly how you must go for second counselling.

if you donot take admission in college alloted in first college and wait for second counselling your that seat will not be kept for you anymore. so which ever college you get in the second counselling you will have to join inthat only though you like or not.

so you must take admission in the college allocated in first counselling and then apply for second counselling. if you want to join in the college allocated in second counselling then you can withdraw your admission from the previous college they will give back your documents and fees paid.
