According to the rules, You won't be eligible to participate for the 2nd round of NEET counselling if you have omitted the 1st round of counselling.

I would suggest you to look for other options to get admission in college.

There are certain rules and regulations which we need to follow during any counselling.Generally we have to lock our choices before the first round.Second round is for upgradation which means if a person do not get seat in first round then have the chance of getting seat in the second round or they can get a better college than the first round in the second round.This is the procedure.

So you cannot join the counselling in between if you have not applied for first round.
