hopefully not it is the government state exam to get a admission for intermediate and the exam only supports government intermediate colleges .

you'll get fee concession in any inter colleges based on the points you got offcourse if your gpa is 10 points no wonder they consider as bright students its better to join in private colleges rather than government because they don't provide you preparation for eamcet and other competitive exams they just end up with basics, as iam the student of aprjc thathipudi struggled a lotmore

many of the students join as short term or long term coaching in any private institutions.so better join in private with 10 th points because itermediate is very crucial to get a good future so,you don't have to waste it thinking which college is best for preparation
