Hi spandana ,
NO Both the exams are completely different no one has a impact on other so your jee qualifying certificate wont take any role to get you admitted into any college . The college that you will get just depends on your eamcet score not on your jee mains score. Or else you can take admission into any college under jee mains score and no reference to eamcet score.
