Hi Aspirant!

M.Tech means high specialization course designed for studying and research the subjects chosen by the candidate. It depends on the person if he can pursue dual courses in M.tech which are totally different in aspect from each other. You are deciding between software path and electrical core which are completely opposite. It is like running a car while simultaneously repairing it, which is extremely tough. It depends totally on you friend. If you can do this then choose both.
