sorry you cannot pay fees of all semesters together.

you are supposed to pay year wise. this helps them maintain a record and see who paid and who hasnt annually.

I would like to inform you that yes you can pay the entire fee for all the semesters at one go if the college has such regulations. You need to contact the accounts department of the respective college and query whther they have such provisions or not.
