Yes, you can put your 12th admit card for ID proof for Madhya Pradesh NEET UG registration. Besides this there are various other things which you can use and carry one of these identities as valid proof photo identification:

Driving licence

At the time of registration for neet 2022 if you belong to general category or OBC category then you are required to pay an application fee of 1500. If you belong to to reserve category schedule caste, schedule tribe or PH category then you are required to pay 800 only.

I will suggest you not to put your 12th admit card as your photo I'd proof for the registration, as it may be not suitable. But instead of that your I'd proof can be your aadhar card, driving license, pan card, voter ID card etc. Also they may give you the option or ask you the I'd proof they want.

Unfortunately no, you can not use 12th admit card as photo ID proof for mp neet ug registration.

You can use aadhar card,pan card, driving license, and voter id card as  photo proof .

Any I'd proof that will be authorized by government would work for you.

Candidates must have following documents for registration:

Marksheet of class 10th and 12th.

Income certificate

Domicile certificate

NEET Admit card

An Affidavit stating that candidate is not a domicile of any other state than MP.

All documents should be in pdf format and have size under 200 KB.
