Can we use bank account passbook as ID?

Hello dear

No you cannot carry  bank pass book as your ID , its not acceptable as ID proof,  you can use Aadhar card,  pan card or driving licence etc as your photo ID proof.

Besides bank passbook I don't have any other govt documents. And I applied for PAN as I turned 18 recently but it didn't arrive yet.
