See if there is any reservation for your minority category then you can definitely use that certificate to avail those benefits but instead of Central EWS certificate you cannot use any other certificate because if you are availing EWS benefits then only EWS certificate is required no any other minority certificate would be applicable for reservation benefits of EWS.
