Hello,

In my opinion, in most of the colleges mobile is allowed. But may be it will not be allowed in a few ones. You have not mentioned any specific college. Please mention it if you want to otherwise there is nothing to worry. Phones are allowed in engineering colleges and if not there are hacks;)
