First check when is the certificates getting expired. If it is getting expired soon or it has already expired than renew it or make a new 1 and use it for your admission. As you see after a long duration of time the certificates  get expired so we need yo renew it or update it.

Check the needful in your certificate, as you need to give a valid certificate for admission or else your admission woll be cancelled.
