Please do not temper with any of the govt certificates because they are essential for the whole of your life. If there is any mistake, kindly contact the related authority.

Once tempered even slightly by pen/pencil/whitener etc it will be taken null, and you might be asked to show yet another original certificate which will take time to fetch.

Please do not tamper with your certificates like this otherwise they will become null and void.

If there is any mistake in your certificate get a document from the concerned authority stating the same or a new certificate if possible.

NO, you can't use the whitener or any other things in certificates because after Whitener it looks inappropriate and doesn't fulfill the terms & conditions.
