It would be better to talk to the admission section of the institute. In late years, there was no provision of refund if you once deposited annual fee plus if you leave seat then you have to pay penalty for wasting one seat. It will be their loss as they have to pay to their staff also.

If any student will leave with out penalty then all will do for a better option and college will lose its market.
