Yes, of course, you can work anywhere in the world after completing your MBA degree with a specialization in any stream in India.

International business is a course in which study emphasizes the foundations of financial management, human resources management, and marketing within an international setting and global arena. This degree helps hone and develop the understanding of business theory and application, legal issues, and management strategies. Students within this field become well-versed in the myriad cultural issues affecting business relations across international borders.

But this course does not mean you can get a job in abroad countries. There is no restriction regarding the venue of your job in relation to your stream. It all depends on the company in which you will be doing work, first of all, whether the company itself is a multinational company or not. Second, whether it has some project waiting anywhere abroad where there is need of some MBA students like you or if you need to address a client outside India then you generally get a job outside India.

Don't listen to any humour or assume anything. Most of the time a Multinational company also offers you a job because it needs talented people like you to expand its business in our country. Hiring localities is always an advantage. You will be learning all this stuff during your MBA.
