Yes, in most of the cases after the confirmation of your admission they ask for the Transfer certificate, so your designated Institution will provide you the Transfer Certificate accordingly. But you can get it before admission also, One added tips, please keep the color Xerox copy of your Transfer Certificate because the Institution where you will take admission will ask you to submit your original certificate.
