Unofrtunately there is no list. Infact there is no such college that would give admissions to Candidates to MBBS in India without NEET score. NEET is the entrance examination for admission to Medical Dental, Ayush and Veterinary courses across India. Now NEET is not just mandatory for India but it is important to qualify in NEET if you want to study MBBS abroad.

NEET is the only entrance exam for the admission to MBBS, BDS in Government & private colleges and other Ayush programs like BAMS, BHMS, Veterinary etc.
