Well I am from Jaipur so I reckon I suggest you better. In my opinion don't take admission into this college as it lies in the outskirt of Jaipur so you need to manage transportation and accommodation on your own. Secondly the quality of education is not upto the mark. You are confused because you don't know about IBS Jaipur. Let me give you some backgrounder.

Can you please let me know what are the other calls you have to guide you for better colleges.

It's also relative what you aim from college.
Do you wish for a glvery good placement from the college or just want to complete degree

So it's your final goal that should drive your choice
