Firstly aiims never disclose marks obtained by the any candidate. It give results on percentile basic. You got 130+ marks to get admission in aiims Delhi for st category only.

As for  cutoff 2k19 candidates belong to this category secure 40% marks in order to qualify the exam. That means you score 80 marks out of 200.
