Force can be defined as a mathematical expression of dot product between mass and acceleration. Since the mass of a body cannot be changed as it is constant in most of the cases, so the maximum force can be applied only in the case that the body has reached maximum acceleration in a at any certain point or at any instant in which we need to calculate it.
