Yes, Candidates from outside Maharashtra state is eligible to get government Colleges of Maharashtra.They need to give the JEE MAINS and as per the score they get admission under the All India Quota.But the seats are very few and cutoffs are high.

yes of course outsider students can also get admission in Government colleges excepting MHTCET.

infact you can get admission in any state.the only disadvantage is you will have score more as compared to local students.
