V-top is a software used by the students, teachers and staff inside VIT, and controls everything inside VIT, ie., from personal records to attendance, syllabus, assignments etc.,
If you are facing a problem to make an account on it or login to it, you may try, refreshing the page and then try opening the portal again. Also, check your Internet connect and speed. Else, you can inform it to the College authority or the office, they may help you with the problem.
