Yes you are write that you won't get IIMs because of the marks of QA but As per your category and percentile in CAT you have good chances to get seat in some of the B-Schools if you qualify all the sectional cut-offs for them. B-Schools such as :-

But also note that for shortlisting of candidates for WAT/GD-PI your academic performance and diversity also comes into play means your academic performance in class 10th and 12th, you graduation percentage, graduation background and Job experience is also considered for admission to IIMs and other B-Schools in India.
