Hey saswati,

Your score is good to get some top b schools but not so good to land into IIMs. You can get calls from some of new IIMs but its difficult to convert into top IIM institutes. At this score you can look for
  • IIM nagpur
  • Xaviers institute of management Bhubaneswar
  • IMI Delhi
  • Goa Institute of management
  • IIT kanpur
  • IIT Roorkee
  • Great Lakes institute of management Chennai
  • BIM Tirchy
Also there are some new IIMs in which you can apply.

Great Lakes will be good with 3 years of work experience. They have a one Year course program for students with work experience in which your friend can apply and the course is one of the best with a very good pay package.
