As VITEEE application deadline is July 15th and it also requires your percentage of boards and CBSE will announce the results in a day or two so you can complete the application process after the declaration of results.

If there will be delay in result declaration than application deadline for VITEEE will also be further shifted for any further date. This is not the problem faced by only you, each and every aspirant is facing this issue. So don't worry just be focused on your preparation.
