Its hard to predict now.. this year private candidates were allowed because of Delhi HC orders. But i guess from next year Private candidates won't be allowed to give neet ug exam..

And for aiims and jipmer private candidate are allowed to give exams in 2019

For aiims and jipmer , private candidates are allowed this year.. But not sure for next year
