The exam pattern of CEE is of total 480 marks and time allotted is 3 hours and there is negative marking too (-1) mark for each wrong response.
Pattern is almost similar to JEE but Assam CEE is much easier than JEE Main and other national as well as state level exams like WBJEE.
To crack Assam CEE just have a good base and a string grip on concepts and completed your text books thoroughly. Refer to previous year papers and mock tests and that will be enough.
