Hi, I am unable to understand your question. However just clarifying that the central guidelines will be enforced for JEE Main 2018. Do you want to know who falls under OBC NCL central list or will the central list be the correct one for JEE Main 2018? Kindly clarify

My son got obc ncl certificate alrady when my income was below 6lakhs.Now my income above 6lakhs.Central once ncl raised 6 to8 lakhs. Can I  apply obc ncl in jee-main 2018 ?

Yes, you can. However you should get the latest certificate by the time counselling starts. Right now to fill the form i don't think you need the certificate.
