As per your query about nagpur as center for AllMS exam, I would like to first mention that your question is not specific that you asking for AIIMS UG entrance exam or AIIMS PG entrance exam... If UG exam than I would like to tell you You can opt for NAGPUR center but it depends on availability.. And then in admit card it will mention the exact location...

Yes there is a centre there but aiims have a first come first serve basis so make sure that u fill ur form on time in order to get ur desired examination centre as aiims exam is a computer based test so there are limited options for centre .
