Your chance memo rank c0114 from external  is a Less chance for getting admission in BTech in Aligarh Muslim University. But for session 2021 to 2022 there is a possibility of relaxation of cut off rank. If there happens this kind of situation then  in the last round of counselling you may hope for a chance to get BTech in Aligarh Muslim University otherwise it is difficult.
