Hello Neelam!

All the chapters of NCERT textbooks for class 11th and 12th for the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology are basically important for NEET. But Chapter 15 i.e. 'Communication Systems' of class 12th Physics textbook is no more in your NEET syllabus as per the latest NTA guidelines.

Although, you can expect a question from this chapter in AIIMS entrance, if you're appearing for it.
