There is no cheap college that is good for computer science, good priavte colleges have a fees of around 3-5 lakh per annum and good government colleges have the fees around 1-3 lakh per annum. Moreover, the good colleges for cse are primarily the following:-

IITs, NITs in Government.

BITS, VIT, in private.
