You shpuld go for CsE at Jalpaiguri as placements are extremely on Similarly lines for both Jalpaiguri and JU.

JU is best known for ECe, CsE and Mechanical engineering.

Jalpaiguri is prividing 100% placements in CSE with average package of 4.3lpa.
CSE also has excellent demand by 2020 if done from top colleges.

Hence Jalpaiguri is best preferred.
