Every chapter and topic is important in chemistry for neet there is no chapter like that you can skip. Every year cut off is rising and scoring less then 600 is not safe in neet. After biology, chemistry is the high scoring subject in neet if we compare to physics. You can score 150+ if you study all chapters and topics from the NCERT chemistry text book. Focus on 12th chapters they are less time consuming chapters and you can score more from this chapter. You can check all chapterwise weightage for all three subject from link below.
