Nagalla , it is usually depends upon the branch which you choose , and the college you land in , but in totality Bengaluru is best for engineering irrespective of the college you choose due to the exposure and scope of intership there , moreover there is always chance of learning a lot in the place. And not only that ,the crowd apart from being supportive , is always open to ideas.
